Tenox Kyusyu Vietnam Company was established in 2007 as a branch company of Tenox Kyusyu Japan in Vietnam. All activities of the Tenox Kyusyu Vietnam Company are followed the model of the Tenox Kyusyu Japan Company. Tenox Kyusyu Vietnam Company applies the processes of quality management and occupational safety in the design and construction work according to Japanese standards, but at the same time, we always adjust these processes to comply with the construction standards and laws of Vietnam.
After nearly 20 years of operation in Vietnam, Tenox Kyusyu Vietnam Company has constructed more than 100 constructions throughout the country. We are proud to be one of the leading companies in the method of strengthening and improving soft soil in Vietnam.
In recent years, Tenox Kyusyu Vietnam Company has cooperated with Tenox Kyusyu Japan Company to expand its activities abroad. We have participated in the construction of a number of constructions in Myanmar and Cambodia.
When expanding operations abroad, Tenox Kyusyu Vietnam Company also knows that in countries where culture, living, and working values are completely different from Japan, job training and technical transfer are not easy missions. At Tenox Kyusyu Vietnam Company, initially most of the employees were Japanese, having undergone nearly 20 years of operation and development in the Vietnamese market. Tenox Kyusyu Vietnam Company has trained and transferred the Tenocolumn method to more than 200 Vietnamese employees. Currently, we employ about 50 Vietnamese employees and only one Japanese employee.
In addition, Tenox Kyusyu Vietnam Company also implements social responsibility through supporting specialized internships for students at universities in Vietnam.
